I hosted the first official North Bay Photo Club meet since my surgery. It was so great to get out and see some old faces and meet some new members as well. We met up and had our usual coffee and discussion and then headed out to shoot. This time we were at the beautiful trails behind Canadore College /Nipissing University. We have quite a few members with different experience levels and are always welcoming new people to the club.
Here are a few of the shots I took on that day. I find I spend more time talking with members than I do shooting, and that is ok because it’s great to have the social aspect of it and catch up with new and old friends.

Photographer meetup groups is a great support system. Looks like you had lots of fun working on projects you wouldn’t get from a client session.
